Hello, Bear-World!
My personal, self-developed, blog system has turned into a bit of a mess. I rolled my own because most popular blogging platforms are overly complicated and could care less about users.
I just want to write markdown, publish it, and access it from a browser. I managed to achieve this with my own system -- comprised of some cringe-worthy javascript and aws. But then I wanted better organization of posts, tagging, timestamp sorting, etc. And I really didn't feel like writing more javascript to support these requirements..
..Then I stumbled upon Bear. Glorious Bear.
So here I am. Migrating posts. Copying markdown. And stepping out of the cave.
